Searchability (Holler’s parent brand) specialise in tech recruitment across the UK, Europe, USA and Australia.
THE CHALLENGE
With HQ operations in Chester, UK, Searchability was failing to attract enough direct applicants and were reliant upon using rec-to-rec services to hire the right people for their recruitment teams.
There were lots of positive areas of the Searchability culture, but there wasn’t a defined employer brand that was visible to external candidates.
