Boosting employer brand visibility with a Scalability partnership
Roke is a brand with 60-years of heritage and deep knowledge in sensors, communications, cyber, AI and data science.
THE CHALLENGE
With an ambitious plan to scale their tech team, Roke approached the team at Searchability NS&D to explore additional services beyond contingent recruitment to help them achieve their growth targets for security cleared / clearable technical candidates within commutable distance to their key UK hubs.
They were in the early stages of distinguishing their employer brand and needed a defined approach to promote this to their target candidate demographic.
THE SOLUTION
Roke opted for a tailored Scalability partnership, which unlocked additional recruitment tools aswell as dedicated employer brand support and recruitment
We kicked off with a tailored Discovery Dive to highlight current employer brand visibility, areas for consideration, competitor analysis and elements that could be utilised for immediate recruitment marketing campaigns. We also delivered talent pool insights for all tech vacancies, highlighting exactly who their main competitors for talent were.
We conducted weekly catch up calls over Teams to discuss content plans, campaign results and suggestions for the partnership, alongside report delivery to highlight these details alongside the Searchability NS&D recruitment delivery.
We worked closely with the marketing and comms team at Roke to create content to help showcase the Roke employer brandand EVP, including blogs and social media campaigns. We bolstered our campaigns with content produced by Roke’s internal teams including a series of YouTube videos.This was promoted through LinkedIn sponsored content in order to increase awareness of Roke as a tech employer of choice.
We built a bespoke careers hub on our JobHoller app to promote Roke’s live tech vacancies, host relevant content and actively drive candidate traffic towards to support the Searchability NS&D recruitment strategy.
We also utilised a portion of the recruitment marketing budget to active enhanced marketing across LinkedIn, Indeed andSecurity Cleared jobsites including sponsored jobs, sponsored content and targeted email marketing.
